Grub Party -- Bring What Your Grandma Made Ya

The Central Brooklyn Food Coop in collaboration with the Brooklyn Movement Center and the Northeast Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation invites you to our first Grub Party Potluck for the year!

Bring what your grandparents ate, back when we all made food from scratch. Then join us as we break bread and discuss ethnic traditions, herbal remedies, nutrition and healing from the perspectives of our elders. Come before 2:30 for a hands-on cooking workshop with Community Chef, Karen Cherfils, as we learn how to cook what her grandma made!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A POTLUCK! BRING SOMETHING TO SHARE WITH THE COMMUNITY (EVEN IF IT'S NOT THE THING THAT GRANDMA MADE!)
