Grandparents Day isn't just another holiday created to sell greeting cards—it was established as a day to recognize and honor the contributions of seniors to our communities.
On Sunday, we’ll celebrate seniors and strengthen intergenerational relationships with music and activities in Fort Greene park. All are welcome, and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
ALIGN and Brown Community Development Corporation are co-hosting this event. We are excited to be joined by Councilmember Letitia James—who's also running for NYC Public Advocate.
